What would be the point of living for eternity if you couldn't live with yourself?

It isn't going to happen, so I can say, No, I would not take the life of a person I love or respect. However, I know a certain producer in Hollywood who harbors the curious belief that he's human.

No, that's easy. I personally wouldn't enjoy one millisecond of my "immortality and eternal youth" if it were at the expense of taking the life of a person I love or even if it have no affection for the person.

I already have been offered immortality and eternal life, and it did cost the taking of life of a person I truly love and respect - Jesus Christ.

Ah...I see... Good question. :-)

I don't think I could. I'd love immortality, but those I love and respect are exceptional people. My guidelines are pretty strict for me to truly love/respect you.

Truly love? No. Truly respect? Maybe. I'd have a lot of time to make amends and try to compensate the world for their loss...

P.S. For everyone who already believes there's a new body awaiting them at ressurrection...ever wonder about the process God goes thru in manufacturing bodies for the saved? Do you think he delegates that job to the angels?

Nope. What's immortality without the ones we love?

It's easy to say 'no', because I'm not being offered that chance. I'll bet you that lots of folks who are saying 'no' now, would change their minds quick if it really happened.

I wouldn't do it even for nothing. Who the heck wants to live forever? That would get boring.
