It could be Parkinson's or something called "familial tremors." This happens as people get older. It can be controlled by medication (although the tremors may not go away altogether).
Another answer would be that the medications they are taking may have side effects which cause tremors.

there is a disease that people get when they're older called parkinson's disease if you have noticed Michael J. Fox and Muhammud Ali have it they might have gotten it from drugs though because it is unusual for younger people to have it referring to MJF.
