No - but that certainly is a great philosphical question.
But in the grand scheme of things, does it really matter? I mean I have a clothes, a full refrig, a nice townhouse - but yeah, I wonder how some of these people (a few blocks down) are driving cars that more expensive than I make in a year!

No, its your fault and it's high time you fixed this crap!
People have more when they are,
A. Lucky,
B.Work harder,
C. Criminals
How in the world does God come into this? This paints a weird picture of God as being like Zeus who sits in heaven whimsically helping some and destroying others.
People seem to get a charge out of saying that God does not exist. I say OK, prove it. In order to prove this they would have to understand what is actually meant by the word God, and of course none of them understand this. I think maybe they do not exist.
In the words of the philosopher Thomas Aquinas, "The trouble with God is that God is not what God is."

Yes if your God is the God of Heaven
No if you believe in another God or no God at all,
The Bible teaches all good things come from God of Heaven; Genesis 1:4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
Genesis 1:31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
Ecclesiastes 2:26 For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit.
Ecclesiastes 3:13 And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God.
Ecclesiastes 12:14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
Jesus Christ is the richest man I know and Government officials toke all he had in life at his execution; That was his clothes! Matthew 5:40 And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also.
Matthew 27:35 And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots.

No, its not God's fault. Why complain about having little on earth when the prize is in heaven? True, some people have more than others but ALL are called to serve Him. God desires us to give our all to him, doesn't matter if your a millionaire or a beggar.

Nothing in life in God's fault...it is man's. Furthermore, materialist things mean nothing to Him. He would prefer to have your life filled with His love rather than possessions.
For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
~Matthew 6:21 (New International Version)~
"No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money."
~Matthew 6:24 (New International Version)~

Not only is it not God's fault how much a person possesses, but He really doesn't care. The Bible says the God is not a respecter of persons. He treats everyone fairly, justly, and equally.
How much we have does not matter.
What we DO with the things we have does matter.

Hello Rev,
Everything we have, in circumstances, is for a lesson. You know that wealth doesn't mean happiness.
The 'kings' of the earth, are the most unhappy people in the world. When you see the stars in Hollywood, the lines of worry are airbrushed out. See them when they aren't made up, and you will know what I mean. Or Saddam in his rat hole, (before his flagpole experience.)
