My boyfriend and I moved out wtih each other for the first time after 5 years of dating. Everything was fine up until the piont I found out that his baby's mama lives just right around the street. He's been acting kind of strange. For example.. he'll get up late at night for an "outing"... I don't get an explaination for that... Then there's the walks that he takes.. he never went walking for as long as I know... Urghhh.. Is it me being inscure or is there something going on?

Something is not right but it may not be his ex. Next time he gets up walk with him if he won't let you go then I'd be suspicious. Don't jump to conclusions and don't accuse. Mention things in passing like you saw his baby's mama and watch him closely for his reaction. You'll catch him off guard and get a true reading.

Yeah there is ussually something up if all of the sudden he does some sh** that he has never done before. U know ur man, so tell him or ask him some questions. If they dont fall into place then something is not right. But no i dont think ur insecure, ur worried and dont want to be played for a fool.

Sounds a little weird if this is some thing new he's doing. Have u asked him straight out? Sit down and talk to him cause if u don't it will just build and build and eventually lead to a break up.

No, you're not being insecure. You've got your women's intuition on that's all. If you wanna know if something is truly up, when he says he is going for these "walks"..say..I'm going with ya...and if he gives you a million reasons not to go or if he gets mad @ the fact that you want to go...CLUE! RED FLAG! Also when he goes out late @ night, opt to go with him & see how he reacts..And if you question him, see what he says..If he can't explain...You know what's up!

I guess I would be suspicious too. Talk to him is the most common advice but he will probably avoid it. Go for a walk WITH HIM! Don't go spying on him unless you want to risk getting caught. He may be going over to her house to see his child but doesn't want to let you know.

you just need the truth. one day when he woke up and go for his little walk, be awake and say you want to join him. if he is really cheating on you, talk to him and understand the reason. maybe he was just telling that girl about the baby?
no matter what, be truthful, ask if unsure

good luck

I think that you may have something to worry about. Usually when people feel insecure and they generally do not, then it's for a reason. You should be frank and upfront with him. If you feel like he's BSing you, maybe you shouldn't be with him.

If he is acting different, you have a right to know why he changed and what is going on. Don't stop until you find out.

Um something has to be going on. If starts to take "walks" next time go follow him in your car to see where he is really going so then you'll know whats really happening. :o]

if you had to ask, you are. If there is a basis for it, well, there is. seems like most women need to make stupid mistakes with lousy guys for their first 20 years of relationships, then they finally wake up. i think if you had respect for yourself you would have left him a long time ago.
