Gosh, a lot of thought went into dwm's response, and csucdartgirl's response was just so random that i busted a gut. I can't decide who gets best answer, so i'll let the answers community decide.

The LCMS has decided to allow women full rights to become pastors and 'heads' within the church.
Soon and very soon you will see a woman as President of the LCMS.
