Hi All,
Kindly share you views on getting Police Clearance Certificate from Kuwait as currently i am in India , i was in kuwait for 3+ years now planning to travel out of India.
If anyone has got the same please do let me know how to acquire same and what are formalities . Spoke to Kuwait ,New Delhi Embassy , as presenece is required to submit all the docs and would take 2 months to get the same.
Or can my brother submit PCC at Indian Embassy , kuwait .
I can send necessarry documents to him .

I would suggest you to ask your brother to contact the Indian embassy in Kuwait initially, to aware the procedures for obtaining PC. Since you are out of Kuwait I believe your brother can do the formalities on behalf of you, if you have authorised and provided him the necessary documents.

I have got my pcc on august 1 and I got my visa yesterday,now my agent says he wants a new pcc as its validity is less then 3 months .please help me can I get a new one within validity.
