I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:
1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)
Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).
Obviously, this is just an approximation I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, caring, honest, fun-loving, intelligent, and down-to-earth

What kinda guys are you trying to attract? Frankly, if i am a gal, I'll just be myself and wait for someone who really loves me as I am. If I pretend to be someone else, then it's not me that the guy likes, worst if he hates the real me, so am I going to pretend to be someone else for the rest of my life? Or keep changing my personnality until the day I found someone who likes both and stay for good, guess that's even worst, I wouldn't know when to be me and when not to be me.

To be honest guys don't really know what they are looking for in girls. If you want to be the best girl in the world, than be yourself girl. if you pretend to be someone that he wish you to be, believe me you will be very unhappy.
