i have cheerleading 3 days a week and each practice is 3 hours long and we usually work out for 1 of those 3 hours and the other 3 we do jumps stunts cheers ect, plus on days i dont have cheerleading i run for 30min and take 30min walks plus do stretches ect. but i wanna lose 15lbs before school, because im entering highschool and want to look amazing.
but idk if ill be able to do that. i dont wanna cut my calories down to much because last time i did that the caloriws got lower and lower to the point were i didnt eat anything and i lost 50lbs but i was very sick but now i gained 30lbs of that back and i wish i didnt but due to my metabolism being so slow i couldnt really help it. but now im doing it the right way.
anyone have tips?

You have the right idea.

Along with all the exercise you are getting, increase your calories to let your body know you are giving it plenty of healthy fuel.

This way, it won't store calories as fat.

You do not need to count calories. Just make sure that all your food is REAL (i.e. not packaged, not fast food, not preserved, contains no trans fats, etc.).

Eat all the veggies, fruits, beans and lean meats and fish that you need to feel satisfied and full.

Do not cut out all fat. Use olive oil and even a little butter will not hurt you. Just don't use any trans fats like margarine.

What you do want to cut completely is soda.

Don't drink regular or diet soda. Drink water instead. If you need flavor, add a little fresh lemon or lime yourself. If you need sweetness, use a little Stevia. It's a plant-based product that is actually good for you and sweeter than sugar. While it may look expensive when you buy it the first time (you can find it at any health food store), the stuff will last you a LONG time. Stevia also promotes regularity, so your body will have no problem with elimination.

Pack yourself healthy snacks, so you aren't tempted by junk after you workouts. It's so easy to grab a Snicker's bar. Instead, bring along an apple or other fruit you like, and maybe a handful of unroasted nuts like almonds.

When you think of food as fuel for your body and only put in good stuff (you wouldn't pour sugar in your car's gas tank), you'll find that your body will get to a healthy weight easily and naturally.

Wow...it sounds like you get plenty of exercise. You may want to add some weight lifting to your routine though. Yes, that can add weight...but not bad weight. Muscle burns more calories then fat. Since you are so active, good muscle tone and strength would benefit you in many ways.

Additionally, don't just focus on calories. Make sure you eat good foods. 1000 calories a day of french fries is a lot worse then 1000 calories of lean meats, fruits and vegetables. Make sure you give you body nutrition it can work with.

There's no way to lose a little under two pounds a day in a healthy fashion, as you should realize based on your past experience. Stick to losing weight the right way - i.e. slowly and steadily - and try and focus on toning exercises so that you look good no matter what your actual size is.

You do prefer some carbs for capability yet you could decrease down on them some. numerous water do away with soda. numerous culmination and vegetables. Brown rice is stable. Dancing is stable to loose energy.

This is an easy way to do it. Try doing laps in a pool for a few weeks. It will make your body look great. All your muscles will get stronger and you will loose alittle bit at a time. You will be ready for high school by August.
