thank you everyone, say for e.g decissions to make and we are not earning enough money, do you a laid back person would care and want to try to get a better paid job, or he will just wait on the woman. I just met him and he wants a serious relationship but that word is bugging me.

my husband is pretty "laid back".
it's great b/c i'm a bit high strung, so we balance each other out.
he is just very easy going. doesn't take much effort to get ready to go, doesn't usually mind where we go for dinner or what we do with our free time.
it can be hard b/c sometimes his easy-going-ness can be frustrating since he doesn't make a lot of decisions, but now that we've been together for a while he is starting to get more assertive with what he wants. like, if he wants to see a certain movie, then he'll speak up and tell me instead of saying "doesn't matter, whatever you want to see".
he's probably not all about material posession, either. my husband LIKES cars, clothes, etc, but he's not high maintenance with them.
we have a friend that wears only certain brands and has to drive a nice car, etc.
that's nOT a laid back guy...that's a high maintenance guy!

Doesn't sweat the small stuff, goes with the flow, easy going, easy to get along with, friendly.
I definitely like those kind of people. My boyfriend is laid back also, anything goes with those kind of people.
Edited to add: Being laid back doesn't mean lazy. Like I said, my bf is that way but he's very hard working.

it means that he is easy going and he doesnt let things get to him too much. He just goes with the flow for the most part and he doesnt make much of of a fuss overanything. being laid back is a good thing.

I would say he is down to earth. Not stuck up, he may come accross like nothing bothers him but it's not that he just has a good temperment. He probably does not have a anger problem. The only thing that would concern me is if I could take him seriously or not. Good Luck.

I'm a laid back guy... It means we don't get all worked up over things. We're typically pretty calm people, and take what life throws at us.

he's not the one to hurry about anything...nothing ruffles him up...don't stress anything before him--he may not like it..he sits back and doesn't jump up on trivial matters--personal or otherwise...
