i was able to do 12 lbs but it is not a good idea. i did have to work out everyday, cardio = 500 calories or 45 min. whichever came first, and i drastically cut back on my caloric intake by having several micro-mini meals throughout the day of purely healthy food & no alcohol or juices. it totally sucked and the weight was impossible to maintain, it all came back and then some. i don't recommend this method at all!

10 pounds in 2 weeks is a fair amount of weight. The only healthy way to do it is to eat 5-6 small portion meals a day a that are healthy like fruits and veggies. Then you have to exercise. There is no other way. That doesn't mean you need to work out like 7 hours a day. But if you get up in the morning and take a couple mile walk or run and at night do some form of exercise you can do it. Try doing yoga, it is more fun and helpful than most people think. Also, those exercise balls are amazing too. Even then, you can't be sure to lose 10 lbs in 14 days, but you should lose some and it is healthy for you as well

Many of my clients have lost 10 lbs in one week with our 7-day Nutri-Cleanse, and a small adjustment to their eating:

1. Don't eat anything preserved or fake (i.e. butter and olive oil instead of margarine). Only fresh veggies, fruits, meats, etc.
2. Drink 1 glass of water with the juice of 1/2 a lemon (fresh lemon not preserved stuff) first thing in the morning and before every meal.
3. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day
4. Eat 5-6 times daily (three meals + 2 healthy snacks)
5. Eat Breakfast

If you follow these simple rules along with increasing your activity level, and exercising 3 times per week, you can easily lose 10 lbs. Remember, though, if you are doing weight-building exercises that muscle weighs more than fat, so you'll look better at the same weight and burn more calories for the same activity than when you are carrying that extra fat around.

10 pounds in two weeks is a totally unrealistic goal, sorry to say! Unless you are severely overweight, the average weight loss is more like 1-2 pounds per week.

I have been calorie counting and just working out moderately (maybe twice a week?) and I have lost 16 pounds in about 11 weeks.

I use a website that is TOTALLY FREE called www.calorie-count.com and they have tools on there that ask your current age, weight, activity level, etc and suggest how many calories to consume daily to meet your goal. You can also track your food, exercise and weight online if you want to.

Good luck!

Drink 4 or 5 cans of slim fast every day (and no other food) and take 8 to 10 potassium tablets. You will lose more than 10 pounds but much of it is ficticious. Water weight and losing bulk from your system. Real loss will be between 8 and 10 pounds.

Unless you are obese, there's no safe way. However, you are probably holding close to that in water weight so for a de-bloated look drink lots of water and cut out all salt.

Cut back on your calorie intake and watch your portion sizes.

Watch what you are eating. Eat good foods, cut out soda and fats.
