Smelly sweat is from spices, otherwise it doesn't make a difference, unless you are dirty, then of course you would be smelling, the bacteria and humidity and warms will make bacteria grow.

Although most of our body odor comes from bacteria on our skin, some of the smell also comes from the foods we ingest.
For instance, if you eat a lot of curry, garlic or strong hot spices you will sweat the smell.
Infact, a way to keep mosquitos at bay is by eating lots of garlic. We sweat out the smell and bugs hate it!
Also, people who eat more fruits and veggies tend to smell "sweeter".
But honestly, this is minimal and cannot be usually detected.

I don't think so.
I'm a vegetarian and my sweat still smells like sweat. (shrug). I eat a LOT of fruit and veggies; not too much processed food. One thing that is a bit different from my meat-eating days is that my sweat is less salty now.
