It's not exactly constant, by I occasionally fear about my parents dying. That fear has been increasingly bothersome as of late.

people who live in constant fear of the unknown or worry about things which haven't even happened, have anxiety disorders, i'd guess.

it's not fun feeling like a bundle of nerves.

i don't have enough space to tell you what's ailing me, but i can say i'm coping better than most i see around here.

take care.

I think I do.....I am afraid of dying....I think about it all the time. There is no one that wants to kill me or anything but people die eventually. And you never know when your time is.
Before I go to sleep I am on my bed thinking about things and I always think about this. I really don't know why. I think about who will care for my children or if there are grown, how will they be without me and live without me. It freaks me out and I get emotional. I don't want to think about it, it just comes in my head when I start think about life and other things.

No. But if you or anyone else is, it is possibly a case of paranoia or delusion. Many people have this and there is help for it.
