um. i just measured mine and they are 10". im also 13.and female. should i get rid of my muscles and how safely? eww there kinda nasty. do guys think there hot or nasty?

You need your muscles. Why would you want to get rid of them? What makes you think its good to be weak? Induced Muscle loss unhealthy and not good thing to try to do. There is no safe way to reduce muscle mass. You can develop kidney and blood problems. And yes well toned women are hot, very hot. Why do you think the stars all work out?

You didn't say your weight. Sometimes things like biceps are proportional to body mass (weight). It also could be that you have more testosterone than usual, and that produces extra muscle.

All people have both testosterone and estrogen, but in different proportions. A female developing more-than-usual muscle generally means more testosterone than usual. This can be verified you your having more hair than normal in the chest, back or crotch areas. Sometimes the arm and leg hair goes nuts.

At 13 you should probably wait a few years for the hormones to settle down before doing anything - a doctor can advise you, but sometimes kid's hormones go nuts for a bit..

Why are you interested in boys at 13? Do you realize if you have sex with them that they can go to jail? And you can get pregnant? Just wait a bit and it will probably all work out.

I would say do the right exercises for your age and keep the muscles going.You don't ever need to be buff like a guy but just arms with muscle is nice to have.When you see the muscles developing that is showing a nice approvement and it shows that your a sporty person and just keep it in that range and that would be nice for the partner to like at your age.

You're lucky you have muscles! I practically failed Gym class because I can't do 6 push ups in a row. If you really hate them, just, little by little, decrease the amount of weight you excersise. Also, this will cause you to become fatty and jiggly in that area (just a little). To firm up, do more excersises with that area, and walk your dog (if you don't have one, just walk) every day.

dont u worry about that.. 10" is fine and losing muscle will only leave room for fat arms.. and THATS gross
