Practice Yoga or Pilates. The stretching and low-impact strength training works magic quickly. I have a great Pilates video I do at home and I saw significant results in a week. Good luck!

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.getgoinfo.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

trying to get flexible really fast is a bad idea. i was a cheerleader, and injured myself doing just that. i built up too much flexibility, but w/ no muscle to support it. i ended up injuring my hip flexors.
the best thing to do is do really good stretches for flexibilty every day, but NEVER neglect weight training and working your hips, back and arms!

Hey, go get a Thai Massage! It really works! Tell the therapist to perform you a lot of stretches.
