chaskfrazier... I'm seeing someone who's 25 and was looking for opinions, not looking to pick someone out! Some of my friends think its a big gap because they're with people the same age.

Whoever you fancy! There isn't an appropriate age, if you like someone and they treat you well and you just enjoy each others company then age is irrelevant. It's not always the age of the person that matters it's who that person is and how they treat you. Personally I don't think it's weird if a couple have a big age gap, as long as they're happy together then what's the problem!

I was married to my 1st wife 15 years. She was 18 and I was almost 30 when we first started going out. Our divorce had nothing to do with an age difference. My current wife (married 2 mos) and I are 15 years apart. We've been together for almost 3 years. We get along beautifully. She is a beautiful woman too.

I will tell you this. Almost all guys in their 20's are not marriage material. They are still too immature for marriage or a LTR. If you are looking for a potential husband or long term partner, find a man in his 30's that has a good career and is looking to settle down.

As i would advice you to go with about the same age at this time if you are really into it. May your age plus 1-2 years, but if you could wait till 25, than you should go for man that is older than you by 3-4 years old. Cheers! think about it!

Depends in how mature you are. At 19 I went out with 29 yr old. We crashed just before his 30th.
To be safe I'd say 25 max.
Why worry about age anyway, if you meet the most fantastic guy and he's 28 would not date him just because of his age?

Uh, i'd say like 21 without ridicule, 25 Max. That's as far as i would go if i was a girl, but 25 is def pushing it. I'm 20 i dont think i would date any girl over like 22

im 19 too and my rule is ill date anyone under 30. neva anyone over 30 and even thats kinda pushin it, id rather stay between 20 and 25. if hes too old then theres not much you can have in common. most guys have already been married and have kids by the time they 30. personally i wana get with some one around the same age as me so i can experience everything with them.

The Max, up to 29, age is a number but also remember how would it make you feel going around to places with someone older than you, would you see yourself with him, would you be comfortable, if Not?? There are always the younger age...

Number isn't the key thing. You should be looking for a man who is developmentally and experientially your peer. If you are dating someone whose greater experience of life gives him a subtle power over you, he is too old for you. It is unlikely that any man 25 or older wouldn't have gotten to that place already.
