You got them at a farm & so you know they are fresh.,it would be nice to know what the climate is like right now where you stay ,but 24 hours will not damage a fresh egg , i would say refrigerate as soon as you are able to,refrigeration does not alter taste but eggs keep fresh much longer once refrigerated .

6 weeks.

We have lots of eggs on our farm, we sell them for a couple of days and take any unsold ones back into the farm, they often sit in the kitchen basket for a month or more, they are fine.

They are different from supermarket ones because the supermarket ones are often many weeks old by the time they get to the shelves.

Full marks for choosing fresh eggs. Most people have forgotten what eggs taste like because they eat the supermarket watery ones

Never refrigerate eggs, it does nothing for thier shelf life.

an egg will age more at room temprature for a few hours than it will in the fridge for several day.

However, that doesnt mean it's bad (it means if it was grade a it might now be grade b). The white will be watery instead of thick.

It's still okay to eat. Unless the egg is cracked, it wont go bad.

please be cautious when heeding the advise of strangers...their view is extremely limited...the fact is that fresh eggs from farms can indeed be left out for an extended period of time...but, store eggs have been chemically washed. this removes a thin film the surrounds the eggs and allows air to permeate the shell...that is why store eggs MUST be refrigerated much sooner than eggs from a farm...they will go bad in a short time...

The eggs most likely will be fine, We do a lot od sailing. we take fresh eggs on board, you do not have to keep them cold, as long as none are cracked, and u must turn them over dailey , and will keep for months.U don't leave them in the sun. . Just be sure u turn them daily...
