Ok first of jessiecatsaopolous. . . this person is depressed. If you don't have GOOD advice for them then don't even open your mouth. They don't need people like you making it worse!! Don't be so harsh. anywho. The only way to possibly feel better is to talk to someone. Someone you can confide in and wont judge you for anything. But they always say a true friend doesn't judge. There is always someone out there to listen. I mean you can even talk to me and tell me. Or someone else that you dont know. That way you will know for a fact people would not find out. I mean the best way is just to talk to someone. It'll get better! It always does and remember things happen for a reason!

hey dont worry same age, grade, been in same situation before... im completey sorry to say this...but i think for right NOW he only likes u as a friend. i mean we're 13...its not like it will be long-term (middle skool relationships most likely will not go long term) i say keep being a great friend, i know its hard cuz u really like him, but who knows u said quickly he became your best friend...quickly he could become your boyfriend. I think the more you get to know each other, the best chances you have of something working out. Just hang in there, and ALWAYS think postive and hope for the best. Hope everything works out. peace and love<3

hi...

if you are having problems, there are a lot of self-help websites on line.

COPING WITH STRESS might be a good place to start.

if you continue to feel this way for what you think is an extended period of time, consider some type of counseling.

i dont' know what happened, but everyone makes mistakes and perhaps you need to forgive YOURSELF.

take care.

It is exceedingly difficult to treat you if you dont open up. You need some counselling. Perhaps a psychiatrist may be of help. If you can do some yoga and meditation, it may help. But first you open up what ever is there in your mind. Bottling up of emotions can increase your depression.
All the best.

Wow, jessiecatsopolous is a bit of a dillhole isn't she?

Anyways. I would encourage you to find one person you can confide in about these things that are difficult to talk about. The main way to help your burdens lose their power over you is to talk about them with others who will be supportive.

Hope this helps.
