The first sin of mankind was disobedience when Eve ate the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge. The second was when Adam ate.

The first sin EVER was Lucifer's pride.

I have to agree about lucifer getting cast out of heaven because he was jealous. The next sin would have been when Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit

Sloth. It was/they were created by God on the sixth day, just prior to Adam. Or just after, depending on whether you're reading Genesis ch.1 or Genesis ch.2.
