My mom was supposed to be watching my 2 boys & my 7 year old daughter' the boys are both early teens i get a call at work from my daughter ,she told me that my 31 year old brother just showed her his private so i told her i would be there right away so i went &picked them all up &took them to the police department to make a report ,the detective told me he would get back in touch with me in a few days after he questioned my brother, he never did call me or anything ,i had to call him back when i called him he said he turned it over to the district attorney so i called the d.a. &they said he the detective never turned in any report to them about my daughter so it has been an ongoing unresolved problem since this happened ,the detective did say that because my brother gets a disability check that the d.a. probably just dropped the case i don;t consider him disabled because he has 1 daughter that is almost 2 and another daughter due next month.

go with your gut kids are more important i think u should not let your kids over there any more also child social services and you could go to your local fire and police commission and file a complaint against the detective who failed to properly handle the case also u can get a child advocate u can find a therapist that specializes with children they are filled with a wealth of information also.it sounds like we was trying to start the grooming process.also u can make an appointment to go in and talk to the district attorney or the deputy district attorney contact a lawyer and threaten to file a lawsuit against the city for failing to protect your daughter.

first of all i would go back to the police. be insistant. this is your daughter. another thing might be ... talk to your brother. ask him what happened, what the heck he was thinking of. is there a possibility that your daughter has issues and used that to get you to pick her up. tho when talking to your brother....use a tape recorder . if he admits it you have proof and the police will have to do something. as well you said the cop lied about sending it to the d.a. ... then go above their head. the police have bosses too. get this dealt with right away... don't stop at the roadblocks!

IF this occurred....are you 100% certain?
If so, I'd *verbally* rip him into shreds without even raising my voice or maybe I would if he chose to brag or place blame on the chilld about it. The police are suspiciously not upholding the laws of land which is bad enough but there are still moral issues and family issues to address which are none of their business even if they did their job.
Is he mentally disabled? Obviously not enough to be walking around free to do things like that and does he have a history of this? If so, why did your mother leave him with the children? Perhaps you need to address things with her as well...not in the form of blaming her for what you think your brother did but more so about leaving the children with him if she knew he couldn't be trusted.
Take a tape recorder with you so he can't say you did anything to him.

One of two ways. Avoidance or supervision. Under no circumstances may your daughter be allowed to be alone with this man, not even for 10 seconds. People with sexual perversions NEVER get better. He may have regret and he may be defended but it is your daughter that is the victim, not him. It is your job to protect her and not your job to police your brother.

You must find out some Association which take care of those problems. The first thing to do is THINKING ABOUT YOUR DAUGHTER. She needs support FROM NOW in order to come over that fact which happened. It could damage her future life! GO AHEAD AND FIND ANYONE WHO CAN HELP YOUR DAUGHTER. Your brother is sik and keep your daughter away from him and TOLD TO ANYONE WHO HAS TO DO WITH HIM ABOUT HIS SIKNESS IN ORDER TO PROTECT OTHER GIRLS (AND BOYS MAYBE TOO)! Inner Light.

It seem your mother helps you out with" watching" the kids. Your just going to find a day care or something else because you really need to keep them away from there.

Your on the right path ... keep him away from the children. As for his own children, Id keep an eye on them too. This sounds scary and frustrating. Good Luck to You.

Don't EVER let them be alone together ever again. and have your husband go mess him up. Sicko...stay on the police too, try and get him in trouble somehow, because your daughter isn't the first and she won't be the last...

go back to the police department and talk to someone IN PERSON. demand to see the chief, if all else fails.
you have the right to protect your children.
meanwhile, avoid your brother. he has issues.
