'It might sound like fiction, but would it harm Muslims if they discover that Charles Darwin actually studied about the evolution from his Grand Father who actually got the whole idea from ancient Muslim philosophers [Ibn Arabi and Ib Khaldoon? I think it was going to come out sooner or later..a fact not fiction.

This new book : Shajara Code Decoded is going to make radical change in Muslims thinking. It was published in Sudan last february on limited scale, now it is coming out in USA and UK, both in Arabic and English... proving Darwin Theory to the letter and the Haj 'pilgrimage is representation of the missing link. I have read its Arabic form which was called 'Ears of the cattle'..It made many scholars in Sudan speachless..Please see this website..Insha Allah it will open big door for Dawah..'

Not a big surprise considering Islam has never had an issue with evolution because it is eluded to in the Qu'ran. Muslims do not debate "creationism" vs "evolution" because it is of little or no consequence to reality. Anyone who can look at the way things work and deny the existence of evolution is a fool. Muslims are NOT fools.

Those who think Darwin denied God or Religion should maybe look at his biography...he was an Anglican Priest.

Again, Inat please stop insulting Muslims. You would not like it if I were 'anti-Semitic', and I am asking you kindly to stop your anti-Islamic words. You are a top contributor in religion, yet all you seem to do is seek out the Muslim related questions to spread insults and lies about the religion. As I have studied both Islam, and Judaism, among other religions, I can tell that you have absolutely no knowledge of Islam. Though Charles Darwin's family background was Nonconformist, and his father, grandfather and brother were Freethinkers,[110] at first he did not doubt the literal truth of the Bible.[111] He attended a Church of England school, then at Cambridge studied Anglican theology to become a clergyman.[112] He was convinced by William Paley's teleological argument that design in nature proved the existence of God,[113] but during the Beagle voyage he questioned, for example, why beautiful deep-ocean creatures had been created where no one could see them, or how the ichneumon wasp paralysing caterpillars as live food for its eggs could be reconciled with Paley's vision of beneficent design.[114] He was still quite orthodox and would quote the Bible as an authority on morality, but did not trust the history in the Old Testament.[115] He continued to help the local church with parish work, but on Sundays would go for a walk while his family attended church.[118] He now thought it better to look at pain and suffering as the result of general laws rather than direct intervention by God.[119] When asked about his religious views, he wrote that he had never been an atheist in the sense of denying the existence of a God, and that generally "an Agnostic would be the more correct description of my state of mind."[120]
The "Lady Hope Story", published in 1915, claimed that Darwin had reverted back to Christianity on his sickbed. The claims were refuted by Darwin's children and have been dismissed as false by historians.[121] His daughter, Henrietta, who was at his deathbed, said that he did not convert to Christianity.[122] His last words were, in fact, directed at Emma: "Remember what a good wife you have been."[123]
He was raised Christian though evolution, and the death of his daughter made him agnostic. The christians as well claim that Darwin converted back to christianity on his death bed, which he didn't

Muslims do not believe in any Code or Decode but the Nobel Quran and Hadith of prophet Muhammad.

Muslims know their History and historians hence no one can change their ideas.

Darwinism is the drama of skull was proved as false, that was Britishers drama to prove only the Britishers are the humans, rest of all are animals. So that their army not to hesitate to kill non Britishers.

Interesting, however I find it hard to believe that some one like Darwin would emabrace religion. It contradicts his lifelong studies.
