and it's going to be like that till the end of the month ... what's wrong with this weather ... I know all about global warming, but it can't jump for 10C in just one year! ... I want to jump out of my skin ... what does one do without air-conditioner when has to work from home? it's so important that I give my best now, but all I can think of is how to catch a breath ...

keep hydrated, drink at least 2 liters of water daily, take a cool shower every two hours, and focus only on what you MUST do, let everything else go until it is cooler.

Strongly suggest finding a way to afford an air conditioner, even if it's only a small one installed wherever you're doing your work. Barring that, lots of fans!!!! (and lovely, handsome men to wave them on you and to feed you cooling foods and drinks by hand...) A small air conditioner can be purchased for less than $100, and they quite literally are lifesavers.

send some here its only around 20 here and raining much of time we have had no summer and its miserable. last yr this time they cancelled kids sports day as too hot this yr cancelled cos of rain! seriously open windows get some fans and get some air moving thru. keep cool drink plenty of cold water. used to live in middle east where it was over 40 and v humid in summer when electricity went off it was nightmare so know how u feel.

Lucky you come over to Scotland for a few days and you will want back to where you came from it's only about 18 degrees and this has been one of the better days of summer so far

Turn the fan on. XD

Have a shower with cold water.

It will get your energy(heat) off from your
body.

Try it after having meal.
