I don't know what you're reading, but no, Wicca is not about "levitating" and "how to be invisible".
If you're reading Silver Ravenwolf, then you've made an extermely poor choice of author and need to find someone who's actually respected in the Wiccan community (i.e. by people who have been practicing Wicca for years, instead of the newbie "Ooh look at the shiny cover I think I'll get this book" crowd). Buckland. Farrar. Cunningham. Nichols.
It is a religion that is about honoring and creating a relationship with the God and Goddess, about being in tune with the world around you and the cycles of nature.
Spells are a part of it, yes, but not the main focus. And they're not things like "Levitate" or "Be invisible" - that's the Fluffies playing with wands and calling themselves "Wiccan" because they don't know any better.
Why have you been looking into it? Why do you feel you have to "push yourself forward" in it? If it's the right path for you, it will call you. Pretty much every Wiccan I've talked to has said that discovering Wicca was like "coming home" because it spoke to something within them.
If you're looking at Wicca because of the spells and the "k3wl powrz" that you think you get, you're looking at Wicca for the wrong reasons.

LOL how to be invisible? Hmm I'm Pagan and I haven't heard of that one. Levitating is very Cris Angel, but I have never see a witch do it.
The thing about the Craft/Paganism/Wicca is that you have to look at good sources. It's hard to weed them out when you don't know much about it.
Read anything on Scott Cunningham or go to witchvox.com. Paganspath.com has some good stuff. And don't believe everything you read or are told. Always question.
It IS a religion. And a way of life. Not all witches practice magic. I do very little of it myself. More a time thing then a faith thing. Magick is a form of prayer, to focus energy. Not to make yourself invisible.
Blessed Be

Wow, you're reading some awfully terrible books then.

Wicca was a religion created in the 1950s by Gerald Gardner. It is vaguely reconstructionist of pre-Christian Celtic practices. There is a lot of reverance for nature and ritual. It is a mystery religion, which means that in it's traditional form the mysteries must be taught by a coven to an initiate, they are not open to the public. There are many offshoots of Gardnerian Wicca, notably Alexandrian, Faerie, Solitary and Dragon traditions.
Good luck! Remember, magic is natural, not supernatural. It's not like you see on TV. Feel free to message me, if you need any help.

If you're seeing crap like levitate and invisibility advertised, you're not looking at anything resembling Wicca.
You're 15. Wicca will still be there when you're old enough to be taught without parental interaction.

I have been a Pagan, practicing witchcraft for the past 30 years. It really depends on the magick you wish to practice. Wicca is more of a mellow, light kind of magick. I have read Silver Ravenwolfs books of wicca, and it basically mocks the real beliefs in practicing witchcraft. I don't find wicca to be a religion, it really has no one meaning, and has no basis, and I also find it to have no foundation, nothing solid. It IS a waste of time. I have said before, it is childsplay.
