Congratulations, from (or love from) and then your name. Keep it short, sweet and simple. EASY!

Forget that part that she is your ex's whatever and just write something nice as if she is a friend and not some other person. You need to learn to keep things separate. She is someone you know and it seems she is nice to you and you to her and so just write something nice from your heart wihout linking it to your ex.. X> or whatever. Got it? Enjoy the wedding.

Why are you still in contact with your ex's sister? Your ex can't change her family, so you should stay away. It's not like friends where you both get to keep them. Family goes back to who they belonged to in the first place.

Leave your past relationship out of it. Think of her as a regular friend and write something sweet about how happy you are for her.

What do you usually write in a friends card, wish them luck and happiness in their future together.

Write simply that you wish her all the best as she begins her new life, congratulations & you are happy for her. That shouldn't upset or offend anyone at all.....

Write how happy you are to hear of her plans to marry and wish her a long, happy life.

You don't need to write anything. The sentiment in the card should be plenty.
