not all all payphones/public phones have camera equipped device, though some have camera installed nearby, so it may and it may not...

Calls made from ANYWHERE can be traced. If the payphone has a security camera, they can figure out who made the call by synchronizing the time coded on the camera with the time the call was made.

it seems that someone really hates you!! WTF did u do?? anyway... You have two choices: 1- if u are renting just move out of that ghetto neighboorhood. Or 2- buy yourself a nice semi-automatic gun and have it ready to blast the moth*****r if you see him messing around ur property. Then you can claim self-deffense. And obviously without recognising the voice then you cant know who is making the calls. Unless you work for an intelligence agency. And even they struggle with this one.
