Dice up some potatoes and fry them up witbh little oil in your cast iron pan, shred the beef and add to the pan - heat and eat.

Make corned beef stovies, or try this recipe:
1 pound corned beef hash
1 egg -- slightly beaten
1/2 cup catsup
1 pint peas or corn
1/4 pound american cheese/process cheese
3 tablespoons milk
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
Combine hash, egg, catsup. Mix. Line bottom and sides of greased 9 inch square pan with this mixture. Spread the vegetables in top. Put cheese, milk and mustard in saucepan. Heat until blended. Pour over meat-vegetable mixture. Bake 350 oven for 20 minutes.

Corned Beef Hash

INGREDIENTS
6 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 (12 ounce) can corned beef, cut into chunks
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup beef broth
DIRECTIONS
In a large deep skillet, over medium heat, combine the potatoes, corned beef, onion, and beef broth. Cover and simmer until potatoes are of mashing consistency, and the liquid is almost gone. Mix well, and serve.

Corned Beef Noodle Casserole

INGREDIENTS
1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
1 (12 ounce) can corned beef
4 ounces processed cheese food (eg. Velveeta)
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cook noodles until tender and drain.
Combine noodles, corned beef, cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk and onion. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.

One Skillet Corned Beef Hash

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1-1/3 onions, chopped
2-3/4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
1-1/3 (12 ounce) cans corned beef
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
3 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
DIRECTIONS
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute onions and potatoes until slightly browned, then stir in corned beef. Season with pepper and add vinegar 1 tablespoon at a time, cooking for 3 to 5 minutes in between each addition. Partially cover skillet, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Spaghetti with Corned Beef

INGREDIENTS
8 ounces spaghetti
1 (12 ounce) can corned beef
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tablespoon dried minced onion (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Cut spaghetti noodles in half and add to boiling water until done.
Over medium heat empty can of corned beef onto a skillet. Add spaghetti sauce to meat. Stir until heated; corned beef will come apart and a thick sauce will form. If desired, add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, dry onion, or any other spices.
Once noodles are done, drain and combine with corned beef sauce.

CORN BEEF CASSEROLE

1 (1 lb.) box macaroni
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. dill seed
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 c. pimento
1 (12 oz.) can corn beef

Cook macaroni until done and mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

i usually either just eat it on a sandwich with rye bread or slice up some potatoes and onions, fry those, when almost done slice up corned beef, add to skillet. heat through. plate up. then i drown the whole mess on my plate in hot sauce

Place it in a hot skillet, spread it out and let it get a little crispy on the bottom-fold it in onto itself, flatten, top with eggs -cook till you like the consistency of the eggs ---ummmmm
