can i put the polymers from the diaper in the soil for a better garden?

No, diapers are not easily biodegradable (broken down naturally).

Yes. You don't mean the whole diaper, but just the crystals of water-absorbing polymer. Do not use the polymer from soiled diapers.

You can also buy jars of this type of polymer relatively inexpensively.

You can do that or you can go to your local garden center and buy a similar product (maybe the same thing) that you can mix into your soil to do the same thing and it would probably be cheaper than buying and wasting a lot of disposable diapers.
