Or what is their problem??

1. Even in their mid twenties whenever they get in a fight with a friend, they call the friend's mother and apologize.
2. They defend even the bad people(for example Hitler) and put down the victims, even if the victim is their friend.
3. Thinks that someone who is smart and brilliant acts like a little kid and knows nothing, treats them like a stupid retarded kid, no matter how old that person is.
4. When their roommate waits outside for a ride, they stare at the roommate and stand out the door until they leave.
5. They watch cartoons and animated movies and talk in movie theatres, and laugh at situations that are clearly not funny.

Who are these people? Friends, acquaintances? Well, it's not mental retardation it just sounds like poor upbringing and manners.. People just trying to get a rise out of others for attention they are not getting at home... Even negative attention is still "attention". It's maybe poor self esteem or lack of morals and values that "should be" but aren't taught in the home.. Watching animated movies/cartoons isn't bad I watch them all the time, with my kids ! I wouldn't hang around them if you can help it.. .Good luck..

i think this is very common. if you read on mental illness is says usually from a car accident, surgery, and something you would never expect like a bad illness or death. you could have been a totally normal person until these things happen?? good luck hope this helped

Are all of the above are friends of yours that really bug u?

Well, people who talk aloud in movie halls bug me 2...

Some of those you've described may be childish, prejudiced, stereotypical, uncaring, or just plain stupid!
They r people man, n we all r like them at some point or the other...give them a break, give yourself a break.
If u can't communicate with them, then don't let it bother u...they r still being themselves at ease but U are getting affected so its YOUR problem now.

Take it all lightly...thats the only way out.

sounds like they are immature to me,simple as that they have some growing up to do and some never do,if it bugs you that badly say something, the Hitler thing that would offend me so I would make mention of that and let the other childish stuff go,but that is just me =)...good luck!

No diagnosable mental illness here unless you have skipped something major.

They have weird notions and behaviors, compared to yours, obviously.

If you have to be around this person, then try not to let it affect you.

If you have a choice, and they get on your nerves, avoid them, i guess?
