It is Tamil. The meaning is : "Oh dear, do not conceal your face with a veil..Tell me in my ears your address ...You are the opening line ( first line) for my poem."

That is expression in the Philippines which means Jesus . It is in Tagalog region and Ilocano region. of the Philippines. .
