There have been several questions asked about..Do woman read Playgirl magazine.
The most common answer is that alot of women have looked at it, but found it to just be a lousy magazine.
So the question is, if their was a magazine that had a content that women liked say Cosmopolitan or Redbook or other popular magazines, and had pictures of naked men in it.Would you read it? Or is the naked male thing just not going to work?

I would. Can you tell me where to get a good mag like that in Australia? I have resorted to the sex shop, gay magazines.

If there was a magazine with content similar to Cosmo or something and also had naked men, I'd still probably pay more attention to the articles and content. The naked guys would be somewhat entertaining though.
As far as Playgirl goes-- when I worked at a bookstore in college, the only people I ever sold Playgirls to were men.

I have looked at a playgirl maybe once or twice. But just can't get into it. I'd much rather watch porn. Looking at pictures really doesn't do anything for me. My ex boyfriend had alot of Penthouse and I would always read those. They actually had really good articles and what not. Playgirl just seems PLAYED out. They really need to come up with a new idea. I think magazines for guys are much better.

Ok, let's be honest here .... penis is not pretty, k? It's all well and good when its in the room with ya - but looking at a picture of it? I'll admit than a mans chest, arms, whatever can be sexy - but overall - these pictures do nothing for women. Whereas a womans body is beautiful it captivates men (ha, like thats hard - jk :o) and keeps them coming back for more. The penis just does not have that ability.
and btw - im not lesbian by any means, or homophobic, im just saying - women are a lot better to look at naked that some strangely shaped, funny lookin appendage. :o)

I like the pictures, but I've found that some of the articles are really dull & boring. If I want to look at naked men, I can just as easily look on the internet. Now if they were to spice up the articles a little, that would make it more interesting. They don't have to be about sex as long as they were interesting.

I had a friend who used to get the subscription (years ago) and I breezed thru a few but didn't really care to look at the pictures. I really don't see the point in looking at a naked guy on the page, I want the real thing standing in front of me.

I don't read womens magazines except those geared to cooking.
I'm not much into advice,prefering to make my own decisions
As far as thr pictures or even strippers ( male or female) I see them as a mirage, something you can see but not touch.

I've never read playgirl, however naked men definitly work for me, just terrified of kids finding it! Help me handle that issue and I'll love it!

Women don't respond much to pictures of naked men. Moving pictures work much better, and live male strippers can excite women enormously.
