am a21year old ugandan student,financially unstabe and struggling to complete a diploma inclinical medicine but wish to further my education. can you help me find some good samaritan to help me achieve my dream?

I'd suggest you do an internet search on scholarships, grants, educational sponsers, etc.

Perhaps you can try to get a job at the college/university in which you are taking classes - most will offer tuition reimbursement to full time employees, and you can continue your studies while making a steady income.
