I would like to know more on the differences among beaten, raw chicken egg, beaten, raw chicken egg that has been steamed, and beaten, raw chicken egg that has been shallow fried, on the consistency, appearance, flavour, and smell, and explain why does it happen.

When you fry it in butter it takes on the taste and aroma of the butter. If by "steaming" you are talking about poaching, it's cooked only in water.

It all has to do with the fat you fry the egg in. When I had so steam "scrambled eggs" at a job years ago I would mix in some margarine, butter, or butter flavored oil to improve the taste. Take a look at low sugar foods, they have high fat contents to make up for the lack of flavor and low fat foods have high amounts of sugar, again to make up for the lack of flavor. And both atre loaded with sodium!

I am not much of a cook but , I do know that the fat used in frying foods helps to hold the flavor of the ( egg in this case ) tighter to your taste buds. Fat in your food will also help you to feel sated for a longer period of time and help the dish to be more satisfying..
The type of fat will change the flavor of food too, for example. extra virgin olive oil -or corn oil.
A little fat in our diet helps to digest fat soluble vitamins also.
A little fat in a persons diet is a good thing ---tastes good too !
