THe Sprint Cup sounds better than Nextel Cup in my opinion. Now Tony Stewart will have a Winston Cup, a Nextel Cup, and soon a Sprint Cup.

I think it's a really bad decision. When I first heard of it, I thought they were actually talking about sprint cars and not the Nextel Cup.

I don't particularly like it, but at the same tie, everyone thought it was stupid when it changed from the Winston Cup to the Nextel Cup. At least this time, the Sprint Cup at least sounds like it has something to do with racing.

I don't really like it... I was just getting used to Nextel, lol...it will always be Winston Cup to me, but ya gotta change with the times! 'Sprint' Cup makes me think of sprint cars - which I don't really care for...

Nobody's gonna like it , because nobody liked it as the Nextel Cup so nobody's gonna like it as the Sprint Cup.
But it'll always be Winston Cup to everybody.

I am just wondering why it is OK for Nextel to change to Sprint, But when Cingular changes to AT&T then NASCAR tries to sue them for 100 Mil.

I do not really care for it. Sprint cup sounds like something they give you in the doctors office to get a urine sample.

The can call it anything they want - Coffee Cup, Sports Cup, Cup of Soup. It doesn't matter. I will still watch.
