Too many of the best beaches are polluted with development - in South Florida for example, you find miles and miles of many storied condominiums blocking the beaches and blotting out the natural beauty that all those inhabitants came to the beaches for, in the first place. Those high-rise towers belong in the cities, not on the beaches.

big buildings are typically where business and work take place. the beach is where you have fun and relax. keep business away from fun and play!
