No, not weird! If you get rejected, big whoop, sometimes that happens, it's not like you were maimed or killed. But this sounds like a winner, and like a Hallmark card. You guys would be too cute! Good luck!

the thing with best friends and then boyfriend/girlfriend is that if smth goes wrong, is ur friendship strong enough to get over it, and remain as good friends? but then again that is the best way, the best road to take to a long lasting relationship! and if nobody would take this risk, "one night stand" would be the new name for "relationship"! Noboby would ever date anyone! nothing bad can come out of it :) might be the beginning of a beautiful relationship! like a previous person said... u only live once :) try it, don't spend the rest of ur time thinking "what if" everybody hates that!

Here's where you're going wrong, "maybe start out just hanging out then..."

If you want to date her, then be a man and ask her.

It shows confidence and clearly shows that you like her where slipping into a relationship screams of convenience.

I say go for it, but do it the right way, do you want a casual relationship, or an exciting relationship.

If you go the slow route you'll always be boring.

I already got here upon my Prince captivating. i'm married yet I continuously experience like i might desire to artwork out of the domicile. What if I without notice grew to grow to be widowed? I grew up undesirable so i do no longer take no longer something with none attention as far as money is in touch. you at the instant are not extraordinary. you like what you like and prefer what you like and that's high quality.

It never hurts to hang out with an old friend. You will know if it's going to be more after you hang out a bit!
