Someone sugested using 10-32 Kingserts in a jig with a worn out hole. I want to know if this is better than using 10-32 helicoils.

It's Keenserts. And, yes, Keenserts are much stronger than helicoils. A Keensert (I capitalize this because it is a trademarked brand name, by the way.) is threaded on the inside and the outside. (The size of the Keensert, 10-32 in this case, refers to the internal threads.) It is installed by tapping a hole to match the external threads, and then threading in the Keensert. The Keensert spec usually specifies a special minimum diameter for the tapped hole that differs from the standard, so check it carefully.

The Keensert has four tangs (called "Kees") on it at even 90 degree spacing; the final step is to force these Kees vertically down across the threads of the tapped hole, breaking the threads and making it impossible for the Keenserts to unscrew themselves. It is still possible to drill out the Keensert and reinstall a new one at a 45 degree angle from the original installation, with the new Kees being forced down in the spaces between where the old ones broke the original threads.

One nice benefit of Keenserts is that they can be installed at a location where a tapped hole has worn out or a helicoil has become damaged and cannot be easily removed, because a significantly larger hole is drilled for the Keensert and the original hole geometry ceases to be a concern.

Husband 1.0 and Boyfriend 5.0 are incompatible programs, therefore any programs installed under BF5.0 will not be recognized by H1.0 If you failed to run Prenup2.0 prior to acquiring Husband1.0, you will find that Threat3.0 will also crash the system. Generally the only program that will reinstall the BF5.0 on top of H1.0 is by faithfully running the program BJ7.0 faithfully twice a week. You will find that H1.0 will become dependent upon the BJ program, and cease many of the ancillary damaging programs if the BJ program is withheld.

It is like a Time-sert or Threaded bushing that goes into the head.

You can heli coil aluminum and when I worked around military aircraft modification many years ago they also had something called a Kingsert that was a threaded metal coil/sleeve that was inserted into a aluminum hole.
