If you refrigerated it right after eating and it wasn't out long in room temperate air, it should be OK. Depending on how much there is left, I'd start with one minute, then stir it and see if it's hot enough. If not, keep cooking for 30 seconds at a time, stirring it between, until it's the right temperature.

Chow mein was actually invented in America by Chinese immigrants in the late 19th century. Technically, it isn't chinese food at all. Noodles and rice are both carbohydrates and will make you put on weight if you eat too much. I have to say the bread in your sandwich and the biscuit are also carbohydrates. For a balanced diet, I would suggest you need more vegetables and fish based meals. I also love chow mein, but I only have it once in a while.

from a health perspective the answer rather depends on how you stored the chicken overnight, if it was refridgerated than almost certainly no problem, heat it up so that it is piping hot that will kill off the bacteria that will have grown.
If you kept it out of the fridge over night then you have provided near perfect conditions for bacterial growth.
You wont be the first person to have reheated it and survive but if your in a vulnerable group ie old young or prone to stomach upsets from foods then steer clear and have a sandwich.
If you really want to heat it and eat it, get your oven up to 160 degrees c sort of moderate, microwave the food in a bowl that can then go into the oven, stir the food after it comes out piping hot and then put it in the oven for 5 minutes to be sure.
I personally probably would eat it but I wouldnt give it to anyone else to eat.

As long as you kept it refrigerated. As a rule of thumb never leave food out for more than a couple of hours.
The crunchy noodles will probably not be as crunchy as they were when it was just cooked. The microwave tends to soften them up a little when reheating.
My microwave has a sensor reheat option.
Depending on how much you are heating up. If your not sure heat it for about 30 seconds at a time on high until its warm enough.
Remember to take it out of the takeout container if it has one of those metal handles. Microwaves and metal don't mix.

If it is a paper carton, be sure you remove the metal handle.
Put it in for 1:30 min, stir and heat some more in 30 sec intervals if necessary.
Bacteria will make it taste even better.
Oh, and get Singapore noodle next time- that stuff is twice as good the next day.

what is the power rating of your microwave? If it's about 800w then 2 mins will be fine, zap it for 1 min give it a stir then zap for another minute. Don't zap it for longer or it will dry out.
Obviously if you microwave is a different power rating then adjust the times accordingly.

Yes, till its hot. The chicken has already been cooked so it extends the shelf life by killing the bacteria that feed on raw meat. however different bacteria will start to grow if you dont eat it soon. Also it depends on whether the chicken was fresh when cooked. But I would assume so so go ahead, knock yourself out. (not literally I mean) o0nly joking)..ha ha ha. yes you csan.
