If you are talking about school results, you can say "grade" but in UK one would say "My mark in Science is 19" or "I got 19 in Science". Grade in the USA tends to describe the actual year group you are in.

You can use it but like this - The grade I got is 19 or I got a grade of 19.
Substitute grade for score. It's more appropriate.

My score is 19 or I got a score of 19.
