There is no software that ONLY backups the drivers on your computer. Before you format the machine, you will want to get the drivers.
Go to a public library, Internet cafe, etc where you can get a free Internet connection. Go to the manufacturer's site and download the drivers for your computer to a CD, USB drive, memory stick, etc.
Then you should be able to reinstall them after the format.

Um....if you have no internet then how did you post this? Obviously you have some kind of internet connection somewhere. Download the drivers from the net onto a thumb drive and be done with it.

You don't need any internet connection to format your machine... just a WIn OS CD... put this CD in your CD drive... and restart your machine... follow the instructions.
For drivers you can download them from the manufacturer's website.... go toa internet cafe... put them in a USB drive... and load them up in your machine.

sorry kido ;) but it's almost impossible doing such a thing .
you can go to a cafeenet and download latest drivers, burn on a compact disk and joy your new windows;)
