Matthew 9:20 And behold, a woman who had suffered from a discharge of blood for twelve years came up behind him and touched the fringe of his garment, 21 for she said to herself, "If I only touch his garment, I will be made well." 22 Jesus turned, and seeing her he said, "Take heart, daughter; your faith has made you well." And instantly the woman was made well.
Mark 5:25 And there was a woman who had had a discharge of blood for twelve years, 26 and who had suffered much under many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was no better but rather grew worse. 27 She had heard the reports about Jesus and came up behind him in the crowd and touched his garment. 28 For she said, "If I touch even his garments, I will be made well." 29 And immediately the flow of blood dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of her disease. 30 And Jesus, perceiving in himself that power had gone out from him, immediately turned about in the crowd and said, "Who touched my garments?" 31 And his disciples said to him, "You see the crowd pressing around you, and yet you say, 'Who touched me?'" 32 And he looked around to see who had done it. 33 But the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came in fear and trembling and fell down before him and told him the whole truth. 34 And he said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace, and be healed of your disease."
Luke 8:43 And there was a woman who had had a discharge of blood for twelve years, and though she had spent all her living on physicians, she could not be healed by anyone. 44 She came up behind him and touched the fringe of his garment, and immediately her discharge of blood ceased. 45 And Jesus said, "Who was it that touched me?" When all denied it, Peter said, "Master, the crowds surround you and are pressing in on you!" 46 But Jesus said, "Someone touched me, for I perceive that power has gone out from me." 47 And when the woman saw that she was not hidden, she came trembling, and falling down before him declared in the presence of all the people why she had touched him, and how she had been immediately healed. 48 And he said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace."

Yipes! I know the story. The point of it was that her faith was so strong that she was healed. Call it mind over matter or a miracle or a mix of both.
Where I try to apply this in my life is I focus on the goal and I have faith that God will see me through.
And then I expect obstacles and trouble. Looking back at the best things in life none of them came about easily. Learning to walk was filled with bumps and bruises. Learning to cope with the teenage world was filled with heartache more than joy.
This woman bled for many days. That must have been difficult to take what little life you have and drag yourself out to see Jesus. Then you had to struggle through the throng to just touch him. I think it was worth it for her.

19. And Jesus arose, and followed him, and so did his disciples.
20. And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:
21. For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.
Matthew 9:19-21 (King James Version)
I know what you are talking about. Yes, she did touch the hem of his robe and was healed because of her faith. May your faith heal your mind.

Several others have given you the answer to the scripture about the woman with the issue of blood. She had enough faith that all she had to do was get close enough to touch His garment.
I encourage you to go to church. Seek the Lord and you will find Him. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.
