Why do guys tell you they love you when youve been dating/known them for only like a week or something.its so annoying and awkward right girls?!when they tell me that Im like okay and change the subject or thanks and change the subject and I feel bad lol,but anyways why do they do that?

there is another type that would say that but probably mean it or think it (which i find to be delusional at this early stage of the relationship) , and not just say it for an ulterior motive.
Next time one says i love you, respond with i love (search around for any item that could be used here), that'll not only be a very funny and interesting scene, but it will also give them the idea

I don't say that, because I know it usually means a lot to the girls... My ex was telling me she loved me after a couple dates, so some girls say it quickly, too.
Why would they say it? To make you feel secure. Maybe he wants you to feel like you can make another step in your relationship. Or maybe, he just sincerely loves you...

Most likley reason is that they figuire if they do that they will get something more from the relatioship or maybe they really do think they love you. Don't say it back unless you really do love them though.
