When I am laying on the floor or the bed with my 1 year old son. I lift him way high then I drop him and catch him. Then he giggles and we do it for about 20 minutes before he gets tired of it.

I lift Him over my head and do 20 reps before bench pressing Him. Then it's time for squat thrusts.

If I tried to lift him, I'd drop him on his head. I am not a man, either, so this is not my issue.
