Actually, I tend to think that unless what they were doing was causing an actual and immediate workplace danger, or you work somewhere where such behaviour must be reported according to YOUR contract, you are better off seeing and knowing nothing.

Their marital situation and moral behaviour isn't really any of your business, and most workplaces won't reward you for causing trouble and scandal for such a reason.

But also ~ don't let them get you involved! If they knew you saw them, just say 'saw what?' when they speak to you, but don't get involved carrying messages or anything like that, which can only end badly ~ for YOU!
