1 Thessalonians 4:3 For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from fornication, 4 that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, 5 not in lustful passion, like the Gentiles who do not know God,

1 Thessalonians 5:18 In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

1 Timothy 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."

The will of God is that man walk in the light of the world which is His word. John 1v1 In the beginning was the word......and the word was God. The word is the truth wherein all men should live in and abide for it is the light and the life for us all..

Impossible. Any Bible verse is understood differently by anyone who reads it, so what you think it means is always your own understanding.

And if you rely on your own understanding, what makes you think your understanding is superior to someone else's?

Or are we all subject to crazy interpretations of what we read?
