It's been years since I've heard it, so I don't remember much except a fish bowl in a room and an open window. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

The one i remember is:

A man walks into a locked room to find Romeo and Juliet dead on the floor. In the room is a table, a pool of water, some broken glass and an open window that is 9 feet off the ground. No-one has been in or out of the room and they did not kill themselves. How did they die?

Answer: Romeo and Juliet are fish, A gust of wind blew in through the window and knocked the fish bowl off the table and they died out of the water.

Not sure if thats the one you were thinking of!!! But hope it helps!

could be this one!

Janet and Joan were found dead in a room which had an open window. And, there were glass splinters in a puddle of water on the floor. How did they die?

A gust of wind blew through the open window, knocked over the glass fish bowl to the floor. The bowl broke and the two fishes, Janet and Joan, died.
