I have a crush on this guy, and we are really good friends, im like his sister, he hugs me, he kisses me on my cheek, he puts his arm around me, and he's even looking at me right now.
Yesterday i was very depressed and i started crying. So he let me put my head on his lap and stroked my hair, then asked me wats wrong, so we talked for a while about some things that were keeping me depressed, and he started telling me about his own life and making it clear that he's gone through much more than i ever will. He kept telling me about those lessons and things he learnt, and then one of them was about a girl he loved and he wanted to stay with her until he finishes college so he can marry her, and then she turned out to be a whore or something, and he told me that:
"If you love someone, then you have to wait for the right time to say those three words, coz maybe that person doesnt love you back. I dont know what to do, i love this guy in a crazy way and its so hard for me right now.

I think you are confusing affection for love. I could be wrong but it doesn't sound like he is anything more than a friend.

I think you should make out with him before you say: I love you. Remember those words might hurt you because you will be putting yourself on the line.

start wif i lyk you first and c how it goes from there because saying i love you too fast may mean that you do exactly mean it

You did not say how long you have been friends. If it has been for awhile, you could ask him how he feels about you.
