walking, walk at least 4 times a week, it tones ur abs, arms, legs and butt, walk at least 1 hr - 1 hr 30 min and do it at a fast pace not slow. i do it all the time and i lost 18 pounds in 2 months, also u could try dancing to any music u want, 30 min a day it does work and thats how i lost the weight

Swimming is good for an all-over body workout and also there are practically no risks of injury and you don't get all hot and sweaty. Running is also good but you are repeatedly putting pressure on your knees so that's bad. To enjoy your exercise more and get all over toning and weight loss you should try a mixture of sports, both solo and team.

Find a female friendly boxing/boxcercise class to help with toning and weight loss. Also, try running 2 or 3 times a week, for no more than a mile or so to start off with. The difference you'll feel, physically and mentally, is amazing.
