Good one!
For starters, you catch him ogling at you and he suddenly turns away, all flustered.
He offers to pay your bills and he is NOT super rich
He calls you for a movie or to the mall with HIS friends who are mostly guys or all guys.
He teases you a lot but looks at you straight in the eye when he does
He teases you with other men you both know
He refuses to tell you who he is in love with
He grabs every "accidental" opportunity to touch you

Constant stalking is usually a sign...
Seriously though, constant attention on that person. In addition to that, they don't stop talking about them when they are not present, they may get them gifts, they are sad/depressed when the person is not arround, etc.
