I drank milk as a child. Nowadays, I only drink Silk brand soy milk because I don't really like the taste of milk (from a cow). Tonight, I just tried a different brand of soy milk called 8th Continent, and I didn't like how it tasted. So not all brands of soy milk taste the same.

I drink milk regularly but when I have the extra money to afford soy milk then I try to buy a carton at least once per week. Soy's important to include in your diet.
p.s. I was born in Toronto and have lived there all my life. I used to eat lots of tofu and soy milk cuz I lived next to Chinatown.. but now I live in Scandinavia. Soy products here are not as common in the diet and the cost of it ain't cheap either..but I still love to have my tofu and soy milk !

Both are good for health. Cow's milk is a good source of protein, calcium, vitamin D and vitamin B12. Soy milk too contains protein and calcium. But as it is from plant source it lacks vitamin D and vitamin B12. So, if you are used to foods from animal origin, you can of course choose cow's milk. Best is the skimmed milk with trace fats. But if you are vegetarian or have a lactose intolerance, you can have soy milk fortified with lacking vitamins or simply have the soy milk and find other sources of vitamins D and B12 like fortified cereals for instance.

I'm a skim milk drinker, but when I'm feeling a little chocolaty, I pick up some Silk Chocolate Milk. I LOVE it!
