7 years won't make you use the language as a native Japanese, but it will surely take you very close. If you work hard on it.
Instead of making this kind of questions, start asking your doubts about Japanese! There are some here that speak it.
Good luck!

Seven years should be more than enough. According to experts, it takes an English speaker 3-4 years to learn to speak, read and write Japanese.
I'm not fluent in the language, but I have took lessons on my own. It's really not that hard of a language. Yes, you need to work on it, but it's not impossible. It's easier than Chinese or Arabic, IMO. The grammar is pretty straight forward -- there are no plurals, no word for "the" and words have no gender.
I don't mean to scare you, but the characters can be a nightmare to learn, though. That will probably take up most of your learning time. You will definitely be speaking fluently BEFORE you learn to read it.
But go for it, and good luck!

Don't worry, you seem very interested in learning a new language, which is very positive and important. You are also young enough, and I truly believe that you will succeed. Good luck !
