Chicken or ham with or without salad and a mere scraping of low fat spread on the bread. Cream cheese, cucumber and mint. Cucumber on it's own is a very old fashioned sandwich but is lovely especially if sprinkled with a little bit of celery salt. Egg and low fat cream cheese. It's common sense really, just don't use mayonnaise, salad cream etc.

Turkey pesto and spinach wrap; Warm one 6" 50 cal tortilla for 10 sec in the microwave, spread one small spoonful of pesto over the top. Add lots of baby spinach leaves, a layer of turkey and 2 slices of tomato, and theres a very fast, very flavorful wrap to go! 280 calories!
It's not exactly a sandwich but it's a good substitute and very flavorful! Power veggie in there too!

Veggie burgers (or any other veggie "meat") on whole wheat bread (without partially hydrogenated oils, corn syrup and/or high fructose corn syrup) with mustard and organic ketchup. Natural peanut butter (which is full of fat, but it's good fat) with natural fruit spread (sugar free with no fake sugar additives, just fruit and pectin). I also just do tofu on occasion, but even I admit that gets boring.

Buy the ranch seasoning packets. They should be in the spice aisle. Stir them in some low fat sour cream or yogurt or soygurt or whatever you have that's creamy. All the ranch flavor, in whatever medium you like.

Egg and cress?
Turkey and cucumber?
Use brown bread with no butter and if you want extra flavour a tea spoon or salad cream/mayo or a sauce of your choice.
Avoid meat if possible

Brown bread and tuna.

Brown bread and chicken meat.

Basically I'd say brown bread, no spread, and any sliced meat/fish.
